Norma Jean Hull 86 of Manistee died Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the Manistee County Medical Care Facility.
Norma was born in Spring Canyon Utah on April 6, 1930 to Joseph & Marrietta (Faggiani) Sulak. She was a graduate of Saint Simon School in Ludington. Norma married Ralph Hull in 1967. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1972. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by 2 children: Vicki Lynn Koster and Hugh W Hull, 6 brothers James Sulak, Robert Sulak, Henry Sulak, Joseph Sulak, George Sulak & David Sulak, four sisters Amelia Forbes, Reva Marks, Eleanore Comandella & Lucy Swider.
Norma was a member of Divine Mercy Parish (Guardian Angels Church) in Manistee. She sang in the choir at Guardian Angels. She also was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and the Moose Club, all in Manistee. She was an active volunteer in the community.
Norma is survied by 1 daughter Mary Lou (Gerald) Blue, 1 brother Edward Sulak and 2 sister in laws: Bertha Sulak and Clara Sulak, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Manistee with Father Scott Lawler celebrant. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Manistee. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until time of Mass.
