			<description><![CDATA[Eugene was a kind and Christian person who was part of the fabric that is Arcadia. He will be missed by all of us old Arcadia people who have loved and known him for years. Our family has known Eugene and his family for over 60 years, his sister was our baby sitter and he and his Mom made the best Hot German Potato Salad in the county.

AS A COUSIN OF EUGENE, I HAVE MANY FOND MEMORIES OF PAST SUMMERS VISITING HIM AND HIS FAMILY IN ARCADIA, MI.  I KNOW THAT HE WILL TRULY BE MISSED IN MANY WAYS.  HE WAS LOVED BY EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY.  HE WAS A GREAT PERSON - AN EXCELLENT HOST - LOVED PEOPLE, AND A GREAT HOST OF MANY EVENTS.  GOD USED HIM IN HIS CHURCH IN MANY WAYS, AND I KNOW HE IS NOW PLAYING THE ORGAN AND SINGING WITH THE ANGELS IN HEAVEN!
